Delivery
How we deliver
365.APParel delivers by courier with an at-home try-on option. The courier brings your order, waits while you try everything on, and takes back what does not fit. You pay only for what you keep.

Delivery is free on all orders.
Order tracking
After your order is placed you receive a confirmation by e-mail or via your chosen channel (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber). The courier will contact you before arrival.
Returns & complaints
Try-on at delivery
You may try on every item while the courier waits. Items that do not fit (size, style) are returned to the courier on the spot — no extra cost, no posting required. You pay only for what you keep.
Complaint after acceptance
Under Serbian consumer protection law, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years of purchase in the event of a material defect (stitching error, fabric damage, etc.).
Submit complaints to: connect@365apparel.co or call +381 88 94 635. We respond within 8 days of receiving the complaint.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under Serbian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. The item must be unused, with the original label and in its original packaging.
Send your withdrawal request to connect@365apparel.co. We will arrange collection at our expense.
Refund
Refunds are issued by the same method used for the original payment, within 5–10 business days of approving the complaint or withdrawal.
For cash orders, refunds are made in cash upon courier collection or by bank transfer.
