1. General

These terms govern your use of 365apparel.co and the purchase of products from Alisa Mikhailovskaia PR Beograd, Serbia (“365.APParel”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Serbian Dinar (RSD) and include applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Product images are illustrative. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders and try-on delivery

When you place an order, a courier delivers the items to your address. You try them on in person and keep only what you want. Payment is made only for items you decide to keep.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or repeated order abuse.

4. Payment

Payment is made at the time of delivery — in cash or by card to the courier. No payment is taken in advance unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

Items not kept at try-on are returned to the courier immediately — no packaging required.

Under Serbian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn and in original condition with the original label attached.

Submit withdrawal requests to connect@365apparel.co. We will arrange collection at our expense.

6. Complaints

Under Serbian consumer protection law, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years of purchase in the event of a material defect (stitching error, fabric damage, etc.). We respond within 8 days of receiving the complaint.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Alisa Mikhailovskaia PR Beograd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 365.APParel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade.
